Transport Coordinator

Job Description:

The position is a support function for the department, and is a varied role. The successful person must be efficient, accurate, able to multi task, and willing to learn all aspects of the work. Day to Day tasks: Checking, matching and logging purchase invoices, Recording, monitoring and chasing invoice discrepancies, Administering company lifting examination register, Dealing with general enquiries and taking orders ranging from Plant Hire to fuel purchasing, General administration duties including filing and scanning


In house training. For the right candidate there will opportunity to progress within the department and the Company.


You will need basic computer skills. You will be able to handle day to day tasks which will consist of general administration duties including scanning, filing, photo copying and assisting in the smooth running of the transport office. You will be highly organised with a strong work ethic and have experience of working in a busy office.


This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a Transport Administrator role.
