Job Description:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be working in one of our wards/clinical areas on a full time or part time permanent contract. You may be required to work a variety of rotational shift patterns which include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. They currently have vacancies to join our teams across the Trust on a permanent or temporary basis. You will work with friendly and experienced staff committed to delivering a high standard of care to patients and their families.

Training:

As a HCSW, you will complete a 10 day Clinical Support Staff Induction Programme (CSSIP), undertake the National Care Certificate (NCC) and a Vocational Qualification in Healthcare. All of which provide you with the clinical skills, knowledge and competence to deliver excellent care to their patients. Equivalent to one day a week training.

Qualifications:

Previous experience is not required as training will be provided to enable you to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake the role.

Prospects:

The opportunity to gain experience as a Healthcare Support Worker in a hospital setting.
