£7.25 per hour rising to £7.50 on completion of training. Under 18`s will attract a lower rate of pay. This will be discussed further at interview. You can receive up to 19% Bonus and other great benefits.
Full -time. Shifts may include Early mornings, lunch times, late nights, weekends.
You will be working for a busy bar and restaurant. As a member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring all food and associated products are prepared, cooked, served and presented to our high standards. Whilst ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will work with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain our 10-minute service aim. In addition, you will develop a good knowledge of all our food products and keep up-to-date with current promotions and offers. It's essential you also maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, food hygiene, and health and safety.
In house training and Level 2 Apprenticeship. Equivalent to one day a week.
No formal qualifications required. You will need excellent customer service skills, you should be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. Conversational English is essential and you'll have to be confident, friendly and reliable to succeed with us.
The opportunity to work in a team and gain experience in a kitchen within the hospitality industry.
