NHS Healthy eating for teens

If you want to change your eating habits in order to feel more healthy or lose weight it is important that you avoid fad diets or slimming aids which offer quick weight loss. People who follow these diets usually find that they put the weight back on, and cutting back on how much food you eat too quickly can effect your energy levels and your ability to concentrate. Following some diets can even lead to long term health problems.
