12 hours per week. Sundays, Fridays and Saturdays: 19.00 - 23.15.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for serving customers on their checkouts ensuring they receive an easy, seamless personalised experience. You will be delivering department routines. You will be manually condensing stock and handling products with care to maintain product quality. You will be championing the reduction of food waste. You will be following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines. You be knowledgeable about the products and services in the store and helping customers by giving great natural service. You will be replenishing products within the store. At times you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

Training:

In house training.

Qualifications:

You will need a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride. You will have the ability to create rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip. You will take the initiative and make decisions that are right for their customers. You will work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others. You will build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success. You will be at work on time, properly presented ready to be a brand ambassador.
