Job Description:

Their Customer Service Advisors deliver a fantastic customer experience, first time and every time, helping their customers get back on the road. With your customer service experience, you'll be able to give their customers the help they need when they need it most, by phone and face to face. You will schedule repair work and MOTs, maintain up to date and accurate records, and talk their customers through work completed, answering first line queries. In line with your passion for all things motor vehicle, they will train you in fitting wiper blades, bulbs and batteries.

Training:

In house training.

Qualifications:

You will have good customer service skills. You will have a current valid driving licence and be IT literate.
