Customer Service Representative

Full time. Monday-Friday & Saturday (rota basis)



Job Description:

You will be responsible for dealing with customer orders and enquiries via the telephone and on-line, assisting in account management, pricing sales leads, processing customer orders on to logistic systems and providing administration support to your team. You will be front of house operation- to be the first point of contact for all individuals/ customers .


In house training.


The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working in a busy operational office. You must be highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner; Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Work flexibly to get tasks completed as needed and have a keen eye for detail - low error rate. You must have the ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary. you must have a keen eye for detail. Experience working within the aggregates/ construction/ waste management industries would be desirable.
