£7.60 per hour rising to £7.70 on completion of training.
Under 21`s may attract a lower rate of pay

Hours:

Full and Part time. Shifts may include Early mornings, lunch-times, late nights, weekends.

Ages:

18+ due to serving alcohol and hours of work.

Job Description:

You will be working for a busy bar and restaurant. As a member of the customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all front of house areas are maintained to company high standards. Ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products. It's essential you also maintain the cleanliness of the bar, toilets, and front of house.

Training:

In house training offered. Once you have mastered the basics and become a fully fledged member of the team, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in a specialised area offered in the business, such as coffee, ale, cellar or kitchen. You will also receive regular reviews and updates on your performance and training and this will form part of your training sign-off as an associate.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required but you will need a good standard of literacy and numeracy with an excellent level of spoken and written English. You should be customer focused, friendly, sociable and welcoming to customers. You must be confident and self-motivated, able to prioritise and work unsupervised in a busy environment. You must be helpful and go out of your way to help customers and remain calm, patient and polite, if receiving customer feedback.

9th July 2018. PLEASE NOTE: You must have proof of right to work in the UK, have a UK bank account in your own name, be able to converse in English, and have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the pub.
