Job Description:

Varied duties in fast food restaurant. Duties will include serving customers, till work, packing food, tidying up and cleaning. Main Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
Front of House - You'll be the first person the customers meet when they visit the restaurants, it's up to you and your team to create a fantastic experience for each and every one of them. Front of House teams are friendly, welcoming and make the customers feel like they made the right choice to eat in the restaurant.
Middle of House - Whilst not in a customer facing position it will be your responsibility to ensure the product delivered to our customers is the very best, supporting the Front of House team by delivering the perfect product you have prepared.

TEAMWORK:
Front of House - Team together every day to deliver the experience the customers deserve - the very best! Day to day you will support those you work with in various different ways; taking & packing orders, cleaning the Front of House area & the toilets.
Middle of House - Team together every day to deliver the experience the customers deserve - the very best! Day to day you will support those you work with in various different ways; preparing the restaurant's famous menu items and side orders.

CLEANLINESS:
Front of House - You will be responsible for ensuring the front counter, restaurant and toilet areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Middle of House - You will be responsible for ensuring the food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

HEALTH & SAFETY AND FOOD SAFETY:
Front of House - It is important that the restaurants are a safe environment for the team and the customers, therefore teams are expected to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Middle of House - It is important that the restaurants are a safe environment for the team and the customers, therefore teams are expected to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

RESTAURANT SYSTEMS: There are many systems in the restaurants to support the business to run efficiently. At times you will be responsible for reading and interpreting information and making decisions to help make sure the customers get the best tasting chicken and chips all of the time.

Training:

Full In-House training following company's national training programme. You will have access to the 'Learning Zone' where you will find the necessary courses you need to complete.

Qualifications:

No qualifications needed but must be reliable, honest, energetic and approachable with good customer care skills. Should also be able to work in a team and cope under pressure as weekends can get busy.
