Job Description:

Your daily duties will include; Prepare, cook and present food to company specification, Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times; Work safely around kitchen equipment andmonitor and deal with any maintenance issues; Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions; Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws; Be involved and contribute at all team meetings; Carry out instructions as given by management and head office.

No formal qualifications required but you must have the following:
Skills Required: Pride in delivering excellent customer service, Good teamwork ethic, Strong communication skills, The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, Organised multitasker, Creativity and imagination for food presentation. Personal Qualities: Passionate about developing your skills in the hospitality sector, A willingness and desire to learn, A smart and tidy appearance; Tact and diplomacy for dealing with demanding customers; High standards of cleanliness and hygiene; A flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Additional Information:

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)
