Waste Operations Data Administrator

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include: assisting the Waste Operations Data Coordinator, updating and managing reports for the Head of Operations, booking on skip jobs for the contracting, demolition and environmental departments, being the key point of contact to the customer for delivery and order fulfilment information, managing drivers holiday requests - scanning, filing and returning forms to drivers, ensuring a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests, assisting the transport department with queries, assisting in the implementation of new ELEMOS software, creating new routes, using GPS to manage the movement of bins, quality checking each job to ensure the figures and dates are correct, supporting the administrators from the recycling department and dealing with any tickets.


In house training.


The following qualities are required for this role: ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent MS office skills- in particular MS Excel, strong administrative skills, experience of working within a transport office would be beneficial.
