Job Description:

You will be working as a Training and Development Co-ordinator Apprentice for an organisation in Swavesey. You will receive training to deliver first class Training and Development service to A14 IDT project through the administration, co-ordination, recording and evaluation of a diverse range of T&D activities. You will be supporting the Training & Development Advisor, in a range of duties including; updating Mosaic CMS (Training & Competency Management System) and co-ordination of the A14 IDT Operational, Health, Safety & Environment, training course programmes. Your duties will include co-ordinating training events, book venues, log course bookings, send out invites to delegates and update the Mosaic, ensuring smooth transactional activities. You will assist with room set-up for onsite and preparation of creating training packs and handouts for each event. You will receive support from the T&D Advisor, liaising with venue contacts, trainers/ presenters and participants. You will complete the training administration process by logging participant attendance and course evaluation.

Training:

In house training. For the right candidate there could be the opportunity to be an apprenticeship. Equivalent to one day a week.

Qualifications:

You will have GCSE's maths and English (C) or equivalent. You will be competent in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. You will have a positive and flexible attitude.
