Job Description:

This is a customer focused role in a banking environment and your duties will include processing transactions, answering questions and making recommendations on a wide range of products and services.

Training:

In house training: All staff have access to 'role related' learning via Lloyds Academy framework. Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services. Equivalent to one day a week.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade A -C is desirable but everyone is open to application as you go through an assessment online first which will tell you if you have passed to the next stage. You will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and be IT literate. You be willing to work on Saturdays.

Prospects:

The opportunity to progress within a banking environment. For example opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification, such as working towards an Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services.
