Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

You will be responsible for dealing with customer orders and enquiries via the telephone and on-line, assisting in account management, pricing sales leads, processing customer orders on to logistic systems and providing administration support to your team. You will be front of house operation- to be the first point of contact for all individuals/customers .


In house training.


The successful candidate will passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You should have previous experience of working within a high volume customer service/ customer care role. You should have a solid knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite. You will be able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach. You have good attention to detail, able to solve problems, have initiative and open to continuous improvement and learning. Proactive with excellent problem solving, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
