Customer Service Assistant






£7.61 per hour


14 hrs a week



Job Description:

You will provide an essential part of the stores front line customer service, including the highest standards of customer care including the promotion of Company Values and Membership through understanding member benefits and Society activities. The main duties include checkouts, shop floor, cleaning, date code checking, temperature checks, administration and In-store bakery. You will provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers and colleagues, demonstrating high standards/awareness of health and safety, personal appearance and store operating standards.


Full induction and in-house training.


Retail experience is not essential as they will provide you with all the training you need. More important to the company are your outgoing personality, good communication skills and your ability to work as a real team player. A polite, helpful attitude is required as well as a flexible approach to working hours.
