Job Description:

Will train in all aspects of butchery. Serving customers and keeping shop clean and tidy.

Training:

In house training. Level 2 Certificate for Proficiency in Meat and Poultry Industry Skills and Functional Skills. Assessments in the work-place by an Accredited Training Provider.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required. You should be enthusiastic, good communicator, numerate and literate. You must be clean and tidy in appearance, good time keeper and reliable and honest.

Prospects:

Excellent opportunity to learn the trade of a Master Butcher.
