Job Description:

You will be working for a major publishing company. They have an exciting opportunity to join their busy Customer Services department in Cambridge to engage with external customers, interact via phone or email and be part of improving the customer experience of those buying physical products from them, such as text books, course-books or bibles. This role will give you a good insight into customer service work, what customers expect when they interact with the Press and how we continuously try to improve the customer journey.

Training:

In-house training.

Qualifications:

You will be passionate about offering positive customer experience at every point of interaction. You will be a strong team player, with excellent communication, collaborate and organisational skills. With experience in a customer facing role, you will work proactively and flexibly to meet changing demands.

12th December 2018. PLEASE NOTE: These positions are offered on fixed-term contracts of up to 6 months.
